Bio

Started in late 2006 by a unique combination of Sean Gillies and his Father Gary Gillies, this independent record company will put out various different types of music, its motto being "Just Chill Out"!

Sean Gillies is 19 years old and started in music as a drummer with the band Freefall where he had a number of achievements, they were the youngest band ever to "follow in the footsteps of the Beatles" when they played the famous Cavern Club and the Empire theatre in Liverpool. Also appeared on national TV as musical guests in the Saturday Show for the BBC.

Sean is also currently in a band called Soundview Avenue as lead singer.

A recording studio is being finished and soon Sean will be involved in the production side of the music business.

Gary Gillies has been involved in the entertainment business for over 35 years, he is a musician and plays the trumpet and has worked in many bands and in recording sessions.

He also has worked with 20th Century Fox, (he produced Alien War with Sigourney Weaver) also Warner Bros, (Batman) New Line Cinema (Austin Powers) on various film projects.

A few years ago he worked with Mick Fleetwood of Fleetwood Mac on a number of music projects.

Gary's experience will be a great asset to Sleepy Night Records.
